On the afternoon of June 29, 2022, at Independence Palace historical relic, a group of students in Vietnamese studies faculty, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), led by Master, lecturer Vu Nhat Tan came and learned how to be a tour guide, and task of the explanation in the relic.
