On the morning of December 20, 2019, during the training course at Military Region 7 Military School, nearly 30 Royal Cambodian Armed Forces Officers visited Independence Palalce historical relic. Their visiting has helped to more effectively promotion the defence cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia.
