On February 27^th, 28^th and March 1^st , 2019, nearly 250 the 4^th grade pupils of Le Ngoc Han primary school, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City had participated in a historical subject “Famous Vietnamese Manifesto” at the Kids’ Club of Unification Hall.
