On the morning of April 4^th, 2019, 30 the 4^th grade pupils of Ta Uyen primary school, Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City had the extracurricular activities to review a historical subject “School of the Post-Le dynasty” from the lacquer painting titled “Famous Vietnamese Manifesto” in Independence Palace historical relic.
