On October 19, 2024, the Unification Hall, in partnership with the Center for Scientific & Cultural Activities Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam and the Institute for Economic Development and Tourism Research, hosted a communication forum at the Unification Hall. Themed “Gathering Identity – Elevating Heritage,” the event aimed to foster collaboration between the two organizations.
The forum brought together experts and researchers from southern universities and research institutes, representatives from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, museum leaders from around the city, and 15 media agencies from both national and local press.
During the event, Mr. Tran Huu Phuoc, Acting Director of the Unification Hall, and Mr. Le Xuan Kieu, Director of the Center for Scientific & Cultural Activities Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam, announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding. This agreement will enhance cooperation, promote cultural heritage, and engage the public with these two significant national monuments.
