On July 6, 2023, during a visiting and working trip in Ho Chi Minh City, The United Nations delegation, led by Mrs. Armida Salsiah Alisjahbanam, the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), paid a visit to Vietnam’s National Special Relic, The Independence Palace.

Vietnam Historical Relic: The Independence Palace-Unification Hall is honored to be a meeting place of government activities: a place marking peace, cooperation, and friendship; a place to receive high-ranking delegations to perform diplomatic ceremonies in the southern region.
