On the afternoon of August 28, 2022, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Laos, and the 45th anniversary of Vietnam – Laos Friendship Cooperation Treaty, the leaders from 3 areas of the Republic Lao People’s Democratic Republic: Vientiane capital, Champasak and Savannakhet province visited Independence Palace historical relic.
