On the afternoon of November 27, at the Unification Hall, Mr. Nguyen Van Nen, a member of the Politburo and Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, held a meeting with Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, who was on an official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of Vietnamese President Luong Cuong.
